If you already own a property that is suitable for short-term letting, anywhere from Torremolinos to Fuengirola, you will know that there are plenty of regulations which you now need to follow, such as obtaining a tourist licence, reporting guest details to the police, and meeting the requirements for tourist properties to ensure a high quality of service to all visitors to our beautiful region.

If you are not physically present in Spain, this can be difficult and you should consider working with a property management professional to ensure great levels of service, to maximise your occupancy and, of course, your revenue.
